1. Order Preparation Time

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we begin preparing your shipment. Preparation time depends on the type of packaging selected:

With Custom Packaging 10 – 15 Business Days

 

Business days refer to Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays in Pakistan.

2. Shipping Time

After your order has been fully prepared and packed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your shipment has been dispatched.

3. Transit Time

Estimated transit times after dispatch are as follows:

We are not responsible for shipments delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Address correction requests after dispatch may not be possible depending on the carrier.
