2. Sample Orders — No Refund
Sample orders are non-refundable. Samples are offered at a reduced price specifically to allow customers to evaluate the product before committing to a larger order. No returns or refunds will be processed for sample purchases.
3. Damaged Shipments — Replacement Provided
If your order arrives damaged due to transit handling, we will provide a full replacement at no additional cost. To qualify for a replacement:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged shipment
- Provide clear photos or video evidence of the damaged packaging and product
- Share your order number and delivery details
Once verified, we will dispatch your replacement shipment promptly. No replacement will be issued without supporting evidence of damage.
4. Lost Shipments — Replacement Provided
If your shipment is confirmed lost during international transit, we will supply a replacement order at no additional charge. A shipment is considered lost when:
- The tracking information shows no movement for 30 or more days
- The shipment is officially declared lost by the courier or logistics provider
Please contact us immediately if you suspect your shipment is lost. We will coordinate with the courier on your behalf and initiate a replacement once the loss is confirmed.
