At Bulk Himalayan Shilajit, operated by Neutrisa (SMC-Private) Limited, we maintain a strict no-return policy. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Bulk Orders — No Returns Accepted
We do not accept returns on bulk orders under any circumstances. All bulk purchases are final once dispatched. We strongly recommend requesting a sample prior to placing a bulk order to ensure the product meets your expectations.
2. Sample Orders — No Returns Accepted
Sample orders are also non-returnable. Samples are made available at a reduced cost to help buyers evaluate the product before committing to a bulk order. Once a sample order has been shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Shipments Returned by Customs
Our responsibility as the seller is to safely ship the parcel from Pakistan to the destination country. If a shipment is held, seized, or returned by customs authorities in the destination country, the following terms apply:
- Any return shipping costs, customs duties, penalties, or storage charges incurred in the destination country shall be borne solely by the buyer
- We will not be held liable for any losses arising from customs rejection or confiscation in the destination country
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that Shilajit and related products are legally permitted to be imported into their country
- Buyers are advised to verify their country’s import regulations before placing an order
4. Customs Clearance Responsibility
Neutrisa (SMC-Private) Limited is solely responsible for customs clearance on the Pakistan side only. Customs clearance at the destination country is entirely the buyer’s responsibility.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Payment of import duties, taxes, and tariffs in the destination country
- Compliance with local import regulations and product restrictions
- Coordination with local customs authorities for release of the shipment
- Any delays or additional costs arising from destination customs processes
5. Documentation Assistance
While customs clearance at the destination is the buyer’s responsibility, we are happy to assist with the following documentation to facilitate a smooth import process:
- Certificate of Origin
- Commercial Invoice and Packing List
- Product certifications (ISO 22000, GMP, HALAL, HACCP, VEGAN, FREE SALES)
- Any additional documentation reasonably requested by the buyer
Providing documentation assistance does not transfer any customs liability from the buyer to Neutrisa (SMC-Private) Limited.
